Turn OFF Windows Firewall , reinstall the requipments , restart computer and try agayn....

Firewall is off, I have reinstalled everything right now and will try again..

It doesn't work. I start the Item Creator, then I open S4 League and the ITC doesn't detect it and still waiting for S4 League. I have Windows 10 64 bits.

Please help.

Well people, it seems the 0x00007b error is caused mostly by having too much c++ visuals. I had like 10 of them from 2002 I think, I deleted them and installed the current one and net framework and it solved it (+ i installed few mscp.dll's)
Try to do the same and I'm pretty sure it should work for you

Hii, I launch the IDC, (next bypass and next S4) but, when I'm login in the portal connection Aeria', my Client don't start, and the Bypass crash.
I have C++ etc..

mehrfaches auftreten? versuch mal fapperdev zu löschen, neu runterladen oder zip nochmal öffnen und neu zu starten

How to use this item creator ?
Just follow these steps:

Run Item Creator.exe as Admin and wait until the first loading is finished
Now you can run S4League as admin and login with your account
Now you can create items and delete items without rejoin the server

Some .dlls are missing
Do NOT PM me or blame me if some .dlls are missing.
Last word here: INSTALL THE REQUIREMENTS
If you can't install the Requirements then don't use the Item Creator.
