-Create a folder in S4 folder which called FapperDev
-In the folder FapperDev you need to create a file called ItemBubble.AP+

ItemBubble.AP is the config file for your items..

In ItemBubble.AP you can add / delete items..

-Start S4 with Bypass
-Inject the DLL @ Selection and join a server
-Equip your weapons and clothes and play
