Anyone can help me? Also i want to open it with "SC Loader", but i can't open it with this, only with my Notepad or Internet Explorer etc..

Installed the .dll packet for x64 like my os,restarted pc,done everything in the video,still get the .dll error message when i start the programm. What to do?
(Using apasp bypass but i dont think thats the cause)
