there are different ways to do this, just google "compile nodejs to exe" or "compile nodejs"

I suggest you making variable for redeeming the lowest time of all accounts. I mean when it check if there are 3acc.
1acc has to wait 16hours, next one 8hours next one 12hours, program could catch 8hours variable and re-do all redeeming after 8hours after it would be 8hours, 24hours,4hours so it catches 4 and so on... isnt that hard tho. Just an idea.
