I didn't use an X7 files since a very long period

There are enough Tutorials how to insert a x7 File. Google is your friend.

I just have to insert x7 files of weapon, then create an eSper room, and activate the bot?

weapon wtf? no download the x7 file from Captain Albania if you want to use Esper room arcade farm bot xD Go
