Dev C++ is just another IDE to Programm with the Language C/C++ you could also simply use VS2013/VS2012/VS2015 this would add additional Features from .NET. At all just a simple IDE. Only Knowledge needed is C/C++.

It's just g++ dllMain.cpp -o dllMain.dll and g++ bypass.cpp -h bypass.h -o bypass.exe to compile it no?

German
1. Zweites Benutzer Konto auf eurem Pc erstellen.
2. Zieht euch ne Verknüpfung der S4 Patcher exe auf den Desktop.
3. Wechselt den Benutzer mit folgender TastenKombination nur WindowsTaste+L
