If I want to change the item capsule pictures, I'll use a Fake Shop or something.

Server-sided things...

...are making these IDs not useful.

If someone could please add the Esper chip effect IDs (not their Esper chip IDs) for top/bottom cloth def, weapon attack +2%, restore SP 2% and +3HP gloves or any others if possible it would be much appreciated.

Use them to change for example... Effects.

From Attack +1% to the Attack +11%.

Is there a possibility to get the other forms of the capsules? Like how there is a regular perm capsule which is usually color "1" and then the other perm capsule which is color "2" and they are like the unique set

Yes it's possible, but it's kind of pointless unless you have some kind of database heeks. Like.. the underway set has a green color.. it's called the saint patricks day underway.
