it depend on your luck, but it's 100% you can get unique item without core or cell

i got something maybe usefull for you
use this x7 file after that you can dismantle anything minimum day 1, so you can get gear 1x3 each dismantle, but you must remember item must be at least 9 days.

so if an item is 9day+ i can dismantle it by part of 1day till it reach 9? or till it reach 0? like if i got an 9 days item, i can dismantle it 9 time?
