Yeah, sorry for it. I don't know rules because I'm new in EPvP and make trainer. This is first. I think it's illegal.

It actually doesn't matter by US COPYRIGHT if he is distributing it for free. By default it is claimed under "Fair use"

If he was making a profit by selling the trainer or using **adfly*, then it's a different story

There are multiple ways to gather addresses even if you protect it with themida
Once you learn the method theres really no point in making it themida
