Extract it
Start hack as admin
Select The Hacks
Start S4 With A Bypass (If you don't have one use one of the working hacks that incudes a bypass to bypass it for you)

It works I test everything myself before I post it. I have a Win8 64bit OS.

Since there is no working bypass for anyone I will just update this hack when there is.

I can see now that S4 is being updated I will update the trainer once there is a new bypass.
