Thank you for your nice words , and as it's already told it works on all 64 bit windows , for 32 bit it's not working even if you use bypass.

I have noticed that when I get fps on all +1% weapons my breaker(Gate breaker) still stays +1%. I don't know if it's just me but if it is does anyone know how I could possibly fix this so it can also have fps like the rest of my weapons. I have already tried buying a new +1% but the same problem happens. Anyways if there are any answers I'd like to hear them.

I should add the gate breaker id manually so it could work.

Umm... My friend tried to run the IDM but it shows MSCVR110.dll is missing he installed c++ 2012 but still doesn't work can someone help ?

Just download the DLL and google search it.
Such as
Click "Download Zip-File" then tell your friend to open, then drag it in your S4 folder.
Easy! Works with EVERY .DLL file. (If uploaded)
