Try it again.
Sometimes Hackshield detected it.

And try the Hackshield Bypass if you dont have one.
For me it's working and I use Windows 8 64 Bit.

One thing just not work, change Weapons to +11.
It asks me everytime, I press on "Yes" and there is no change.

Old effects should be pen, for example 1% for weapons.
