I would chose for example Cyberghost VPN 5 , its an fast VPN Client / Server when u use Premium

But this is good for one who dont can play S4 because its bannend
But a guy said its an "IP Bann Bypass"

With this you can play S4 when you are banned IP or this tool is useless if you are banned only for 2d or 99 month ...

Its like getting around the country ban.
In the beginning, only 1 account could be made from the IP since my country was in some black-list.

So either i had to change my modem every time i needed a new account or use proxy software. However, proxy softwares failed to work after sometime.

Since then i have been using VPN for more accounts.It's a little slow but it gets the job done.

ping is too high? I live in Brazil, although the precarious structure of the internet I have a 10Mb connection, I'm using CyberGhost and not have so good results ..

Dikhead hidemyass.com only opens websites not clients there is a program Hotspot Shield Elite dat gets ur IP changed and u can use clients to and not only websites
