I delete hshield.txt and supdate.txt still 5-10min...

try windows 7 even with a dual core processor with 1GB RAM it will work fine.

I use Window 7 Ultimate 32-bit
Firewall only Avast Antivirus, but i turn them off.
And x-Qey Trainer has the same Problem

it works great the only problem is the INF ammo... whenever i press inf ammo and increase the amount .. i never have ammo loaded in my gun and it keeps making me reload. when i finally get lots of ammo when i die or the level goes on half time it resets and i have no ammo again. =(

run the injector as admin. turn the UAC off if you can.
