Reset Insurance only prevents reset. It does not increase the success rate.
Yes, maximum amounts enchantments that you can have 20. Sorry, I did not know that.

no.
the highest enchant rank is 25 but 20-25 is 99.999% Reset chance (you need to use reset insurenace and 20% Success to be lucky and enchant it more)

Open cheat engine, find the value 1999807100, change them on 1107802003, buy mp fill. Using MP fil you will receive 10000 MP instead of 150. If you have in your inventory other mp fill with the normal effect, first detele them.

first if you wanna buy MP fill you need to get GC second when you change the effect you wont get +10000% MP you will get +100% or +50% MP fill

If you change the effect on 1107802003, all mp filled after one use Mp fill. I tried to put other effects. Maximum that they gave 1000Mp. Mp fill cost 2000 PEN not GC
