What is windows 7 43Bit? I only know Windows 7 32/Windows 7 64bit/Windows 7 Starter/Windows 7 Ultimate.

There's no such thing as "43 bits".
But just to make it clear for you; it only works for Windows 7, 64-Bits and not 32-Bits. =/
