For Win7 64 bit users:
Works perfect with this bypass: 
do this steps:
-Download bypass, extract to desktop
-Download shop stat changer, extract to desktop
-open bypass as admin (important)
-open shop stat changer as admin (important)
-open s4 league, click start
-after HGWC 100% and dissappear, (the bypass quits automatic) click on stat changer: "Open S4League (Client) .."
-then login, wait until Status is 100% on stat changer and then you can change effects
IMPORTANT: Use Array "250m", i dont know what this means, but 800m is too much time..
This way works by me. Win7 64 bits.

Windows 8 is bad. Go on windows 7, it will work better.

This is only half true, yes windows 7 is more comfortable and has a much better UI, but any hack that works for win 7 seems to work on my win 8 laptop so~
EDIT: Well it seems that whenever i have this thing open, s4 won't even open up, as soon as i close it and try s4 without it, boom, the loading screen appears, any suggestions guys?
Double EDIT: To clarify, even if i don't click the open s4 button, as long as the stat changer is open s4 won't open up
Dat triple edit: Welp i found that if i open the hack AFTER s4 is open,logged in, and in a server, THEN click open s4, it works flawlessly so yea -gives thanks-

Hiya everyone Im just making this post to document the hacks ive found that always work even after most patch's providing you can use cheat engine or some other method to scan for an Array of bytes.
These should work on all versions of the game, its been tested on French and Aeria so far I will test on Mayn later.
Each hack will have separate instructions but they all involve searching for an Array of bytes.
