You need a brain.exe
Run everything you use for the hack as admin or that will happen plus that only happens for 32 bits if you don't have a unhidder.
Reminds me:

Well, i have the same problem..
Win 7 Home Premium 64 bit not work..
(How i know i'm win 7 64 bit?
I right click "my computer" and click properties..
theres "System type : 64-bit Operating System")
Yes, i already run S4IDM-Net4.5.exe as administrator..
I start the hack, then I start s4 league(until i'm at channel lobby), then i press Open S4 League on IDM, it says "Open S4 League from your pc or if your pc is 32 bit, you use Proddler or Unhidder"..
Btw, in task manager, my S4 League client has *32, is it a problem?
On IDM, there no list(below "Minimum 3 character")like i saw on the video..
And i already try Proddler(in case that properties trick me, lol), but it says "We don't support WIN_7(Build:7601) ...yet?)
And is there a problem if i use proxifier to connect to alaplaya? Because i'm region banned, haha..

Pls make it work with windows 8.1. After starting the programm doesnt work (it crashes)
Bitte lasst es mit windows 8.1 funktionieren. Wenn ich es als administrator starte, steht da: S4IDM-Net2.0 funktioiniert nicht mehr. Mit windows 8 hat alles wunderbar funktioniert.

Well, To fix that Win_7 Thing, Just Click on properties>Compatibility>then check support thing there>choose win 7> Apply>Ok

I tried it (compabilty thing to Windows 7 on patcher_s4.exe, S4Client.exe, and the IDM itself), but no..
It still not works for me..
