You probably saved with the third weapon and skill, Restore function takes off everything that you saved, which means the third weapon and skill were in the list.
PS: there is a bug, some items get stuck in the slot which makes me crash even after clicking restore so that's the issue some people are having I believe.

I had this a long time ago, and until recent I've kept it private. This helped with my multiple character bottings and such. This should work with the current updates, since ArenaNet changed around their coding a bit. I've made it so that Gw2.exe is still hookable to any external hacks or bot.
