1.Open Prodller,S4 league
2.Start S4 league and wait for HGCW to finish
3.Go to Prodller find "HGCW.exe" in the process list
4.Click on "HGCW.exe" and click "_hooked"
5.Locate "tTerminateProcess", and right click it
6.Press "Unhook All"

You need Prodller to hide the S4 League [If you are Window 7 :32 bit].Or,you can try it many time.Or you forgot to press the 2 restore button when u're in a room.

It works, I don't understand it does not work for you guys... I had lots of problems with S4 and with idm but it's working now, just do it how you should do and it will work and if it isn't working then shame don't try it. My items change after I wait less than 10sec an re-join server and there we go items are change , little DC can happen because I forget to press Restore xD but it's my fault I explain it one more time
1) Open s4 league
2) log in
3) open IDM as admin
4) press Open s4 and press left save and right save then the left arrow (or right) (it's under those 2 columns on the right hand side)
5) Put your id's that you want to change
6) press on and wait 10-15-30-45+ seconds
7) rejoin server (when items are change press "off" on idm)
8) unequip all you cloths and weapons
9) put you 3rd weapon and skill on
10) enter any channel e.g. Free
11) On idm press Left load and right load
12) join any room
12b) press left restore and right restore and you may began the game
