So this .exe file works as a bypass for the game S4 League after the latest patch(which im guessingw as the 10th of june?)

I've came up with a question: Can We CHANGE the Damage of Weapons or Defense of Armors?
Is it possible???
The movement speed were modified (usually called "Speed Hack"), ATK Speed of weapons especially Launchers and Melee Weapons (Commonly known as "Damage Hack" : Correct me for I misinterpreted this) but can we edit the damage of weapons or defenses of armors? Dodge on Boots or Accuracy on Gloves?
