To reply to your question, there shouldn't be that much of a differance between the 32 bit and the 64 bit. If it does not work on the 64 bit it doesn't on the 32 bit. I'll do updates for the 32 bits soon.

Cheat engine with S4 league? Hm, I have not tried that myself. But I will get back to you tommorrow.
