Why does the ITM window disappear after a few seconds?

tengo un problema , la mayoria de veces que pongo el itm y le doy a buscar items y relogeo no me aparecen , y las pocas veces que me aparecen ago lo que hace el video y cuando empiezo la partida le doy a restaurar pero al cabo de 1 minuto se me quita el juego. Como soluciono eso?

PEOPLE WHO ALWAYS CRASH = Remember always create new character and delete the character where u'v been played with cause teh accesoire stays freezing when u save it so new character.!!!

PEOPLE WHO ITM DOesn't appear = Open IDM before S4.

hab mal eine frage.. alles klappt aber wenn ich ein raum gejoint habe.. und nach ca. 1 td werde ich aus S4 gekickt? Woran liegt das?

Ja also , du musst doch erstmal die gegenstände ausziehen bevor du activate drückst , hast du das gemacht ?

It dont work I do it so:
1. Start S4 Unhidden S4.
2. Go into Server.
3. Put in ID's click change.
4. Relogin into Server all is changed.
5. Make a Profile.
6. Unequip all.
7. Click Reload
8. It says Wait.
9. Not Work

What is the Problem?

BlackHawl LOL , relogg in server --> All changed
Go in channel , Inventory , click reload --> THEN REJOIN CHANNEL --> Inventory --> Normally has to say Working!
Try mine now.

Es klappt bei mir alles, und ich mach auch alles richtig.. nur werde ich im match gekickt von ganz s4, also d,h. s4 schließt sich bei mir..

Thanks, the next problem is when I press restore while loading the game. I still get kicking

maybe you have a item bug or you have any item equip
