I didnt post this topic for people like you to be a dick.
I posted it to help people who have installed the game to to some weird path, and renamed the folder with a Space between S4 And League. and such.
If it works fine for you on your HDD thats fantastic. Don't be an asshole about it.

The x7 Loader is an injector and DLL combo. It has nothing to do with the drive or location of S4 League. When you hit import the injector waits for the S4Client.exe process and then injects the DLL into it applying your hacks. Your S4League could be on your desktop for all it cares it doesnt matter so long as the process runs.
As for those people having issues, sometimes the injection fails after hacks have been loaded. If you want some real advice, run task manager and after you've started S4 highlight the process. If it continues to run after you've imported then you know its worked. If it disappears then you know the injection failed and you just have to reopen the injector. It takes a few tries for some people but it will always work eventually.

Yeah but if there is a space between S4 and League, it doesnt import or export correctly. I had to help someone through teamviewer who had just that exact problem.
