youssiftaher by your problem its the error because you have 2 hacked profile and you musst be 1 not hacked profil and that equipt you and then go into a game while it loads press restore by your hacked profil
with one not hacked profile i mean 1 profile without hacked items

The Problem is , that i won't get the StringTable Error so it's a bit strange to fix it.

I Don't Get Table Error But Can You Explain How To Use For Kiramox's IDC ?
I Start S4 With Bypass
I Start Item Manager
I Select My Weapons - equip them - Save
I Release My Weps And Put Other Weps
I Save It And When I Pressed My Wanted Weps I Log into a room and give HTD -.-"
Can Someone Make A Video Tut For Ingame ?

its not a problem u just can't use im u must :
1-equip ur weapon clothes etc
2-Save a profile
3-unequip all so nothing is equip
4-Activate Profile
5-restore At Loading Screen
very easy

i tell u what did u do
1-u removed the Hacked Item ( GOOD )
2-u equiped Another Hacked Item ( BAD )
What different The Game Still recognize the Hacked Item so HTD

How to use
Entpacken
Alle Dateien aus dem Archiv in den S4 Ordner kopieren(Beim Ordner "ItemManager" ist es jedoch egal wohin ihr ihn kopiert)
ItemManager P21 die rar Datei laden und die xzonelib3.dll in den DLLs Ordner kopieren!

IMPORTANT FAQ:
Error 2, what does it mean???
It means, that S4 could not be found! All files have to be in S4 directory!
Error 5 and Error 740, what do they mean???
They mean, that you have not enough rights to do that. RUN THE INJECTOR AS ADMIN.
