What does extract in any map mean? I extracted, ran bypass, and then the hack as admin, but it still wont start when s4 runs. Please help

Dieser Hack ist klein aber fein, ich würde ihn nächstes mal mit
mehr Sachen reintun! Ansonsten finde ich ihn einwandfrei.
Bloß was mich stört ein bisschen zuklein geraten die Schrift.
