I see you managed to discover this bug with the undetected-tool, in short, was an old trick. 
But there's a way to operate in w7, but unfortunately is private.

looks like the indetect tool dont work in windowns 7

You can suspend it with a lot of programs, not especially S4 Tomate, it can be suspended with Procexp too...

you can try this steps with other programs instead of cheat engine u can try use it with some hack but i don't know maybe u'll get a htd or xtrap will detect it anyway just try

Hi hum I dont know if anyone has this problem but..
Whenever I get on Dekaron, Open CE, and try to open process Dekaron using Cheat Engine, It says an Error occured when tried to open the process :/ does anyone have a solution for this? It pretty much wont let me do anything at all this way o_o I tried with and without the Bypass Nebular made and neither ways worked :/
Anyway thank you in advance for your replies ^^

Hey so ye basically i get 2moons up to the lgin screen then open cheat engine and try to open the dekaron.exe process in CE but error comes up. What should i doo to bypass this :/ means i cant use CE.
Also everyone is talking about modifying .csv files but i dont have any? in my data folder there are no subfolders except "movie" and "sound". again,. any ideas? Thanks alot xx
