It's just a bug...
All you have to do is to open your browser [Iexplore/Chrome...]
Let the browser load the homepage and do whatever you want to do...
Be sure you actually have the dll on your system/s4 folder

I get this error and I fix it if I start Firefox 
I dont know why but it works x'D
1.) Start Firefox
2.) Start Bypass (S4)
3.) Close Firefox

First of all this isn't a release which has any kind of connection to s4 league/s4 league hacks, bots, cheats, exploits.
This is a fail, useless thread.

IF you want to fix the problem only have must to Start YAHOO MESSENGER !!!
After you are log in start Bypass/S4 client. For me work.
Press THX

If you start mozilla/yahoo messenger, it can't solve the problem, ffs.
It's just a program.
They haven't got any connection with s4 league/dll's.
Simply download the

Every Time i start some Hack its really wayne which one the error comes : The Dll File d3d9.dll is missing pls re-instll this apllication.
SO i download it and put in the S4 Director and in the System Director now i start a other or the same hack and the same eroor comes up...

Whenever i start sro i get d3d9 error nothing will be rendered...blala...install directx sdk to get full reference device.
i reinstalled sro and downloaded directx but it wont work..help plzzz
