Just 1 Weapon and 1 Skill for Restore, nothing else.

Dude, you cannot replace the ID's.
For example.
You used all the slots ok?
On the third one is the crow.
Now,
Counter Sword slot, change it the newly weapon you want to change from.
Crow Counter Sword slot, change it to the newly weapon you want to change the weapon into.
Click save.
Then rejoin your server.
You will see, that the crow is still changed.
