After you change them remove them from intetory but make sure you have a pen weapon and pen skill...after click add the weapons which you changed and then "Create Profile".Remove them and click "Active"

I don't have to create or restore any profile and it works perfectly :|

i found out this ID manager only change item's texture , no true option so far
