Right click the S4 process -> Miscellaneous -> Inject DLL...

In case you get D/C OR it worked for you and now it DOES NOT, here is the 'how to' :

1. If you used the ID Manager 1.1 with the bypass before, delete the next dll's and exe's from your S4 Folder : S4_Launcher.exe | XtrapBypass.dll | ID Manager v1.1.dll | Injector 32Bit.exe | msvcp100d.dll | msvcr100d.dll

2. Download the XTRAP Bypass and the ID Manager v1.1 again and copy them back intro your S4 folder...

3. Open the S4_Launcher.exe with administrator rights (Right click -> Run as Administrator)

4. The ID Manager window should pop up...If it DOES NOT pop up, try the Process Hacker method i wrote first.

5. A window like this should pop out

Be sure the 3 slots are set with nothing >>> nothing
If they are still with your old configuration, click the button Reset All and close the game and the ID Manager.

6. Open the S4_Launcher.exe with Administrator rights and the ID Manager window should be set with nothing >>> nothing

7. Choose what configuration you want (like so)

[I'm not using the 3rd slot because I think it's bugged :|]

8. Press the Save button and a window should pop out: "Saved!!! Please rejoin the server." then close the ID Manager.

9. Log in on your account and have fun

If you think this is too complicated, don't try it...
Btw, this is tested on Win 7 (64 Bit) and on xp (32 bit) so it should work for everybody
I'm using the ID Manager and the Item Manager at the same time and I don't lag...I don't know why you guys keep tellin' that the ID Manager is causing the lag...

In rar there is a injector..run it and then run s4 with bypass...
if that don't work then try my injector

1.Change your items
2.Remove changed Items
3.Click restore
4.Add your item
5.Click Create profil
6.Remove them and then click Active

At last go in your room

Are you sure that you runned the ID Manager and those case's were blank?
And you give the administrator rights...?
Here, try my dll's, maybe they will help you
Extract all the files intro your s4 folder (replace the old ones).
