(I think) The server make a protection system that checks the ID's when you enter in a game.

Not exactly correct.. xD there is no protection system... just a simple check with server database.. and.. its entirely clientsided(we get inescapable HTD and get DCed but not Banned... why is that I wonder... LOOL if it was serverside... there would have been direct ban)

you can change the skins using CE that means ONLY you can see it xD others wont.. and the ID will remain same.. in that case you will not get inescapable HTDs + the stats still remain same.
