you go on your server (English) then you go inventar and put all weaper skill and equipment on you lager then wenn you ,, nack" you go to channel and then to english.too wenn you in your inventar you press F11 and press what you will...NOT PRESS READY then you go to chanell and press ready then you 2x yes and you make you mous on english BUT NOT CLICK its and ten wait
