Did you run it as admin? And, did you choose a short ID? Did the prog give you the message I showed in one of the pictures? If so, then there must be a problem for some of the people...

yeah i did all of this things and he said to me check your account must be created but when i try to login at the web site he dont login he say invalid information!!

I really don't know 'cause I use windows 7 32 bits, btw, there are some rumors going around that it has been patched...
