My second question, it's been a long while now and almost close to 7-8 months that all providers are trying to find a solution, can spoofer providers be transparent as to what is going on? The new identifier that bans you within 15 minutes, is there a fix being worked on? Are the spoofers being actively fixed as we speak to work again as intended?
Looking for some clarity in the current given situation. It's been months now, what is the approximate eta that it can be back up again or better yet WILL it be back up? The spoofer situation is actually quite dire.
If any spoofer providers/developers would like to respond to this thread and provide some transparency into the current situation it would be appreciated.
Also, lastly, there are a lot of claims going around claiming "Saturn Temporary Spoofer" is working at the moment for EAC, I would like to know how much of that is true/false, it is currently also being re-sold by Deprimere-shop and a lot of other re-sellers, which is an esteemed shop. So does this spoofer actually work or is it all false?:

If you've been a Reported customer, you should be familiar with this - we've been transparent throughout and have shared detailed information about the exact issue you’re describing. The timers you mention came directly from us. Other providers have shared our findings, but most doesn't understand the full picture, others outright deny the issue exists.
Neither a permanent nor a temporary solution will get you past this unless the identifiers involved are properly handled. The Rust timer is now 24 hours, not 48. This changed a few weeks ago.
Be cautious of providers claiming they've solved the issue. Keep an eye on #announcements in our Discord for further updates.

Its mainly the AI ac they recently imbeded to the game, fresh serials and windows innstals ussaly trigger it, wait 24 or 48 hours after ban and reinstall of windows, then try again, if u need extra help, dm me on discord: zaheer0091

The EAC situation seems pretty messy right now, and I'd be cautious with any provider claiming their spoofer is fully working without delayed bans. You could check out VOID as another option. We're actively working on Rust support and support all motherboards. We also offer a 100% refund if it doesn't work for you.

From my 2.5+ years of experience specially with Rust spoofers and cheating, only 2 have worked out of the 15 I have tried, Exception (low tier , exit scammed, but got the job done), shifted to reported for last 1.5 years never had any trouble.) , Tried Sync, Exodus, Saturn, yada yada yada, most will mess up your serials.
You want an actual reverse engineering professional to develop your spoofer aka Reported. From my experience I can already tell even if it does work it will mess up something important on my pc. You claim 100's of users but there aren't any vouches on your e-pvpers page. I was going to use your spoofer when Reported was giving me 3 day delay gamebans, I did research and re-considered.
