Correct Mysterium, Mullvad, IPvanish, windscribe etc.... are mostly cooked.

For RUST you will need a good VPN with Residential IP like Star VPN which works perfectly for RUST.

From what I've seen, VPNs aren't the solution anymore. Good residential IPs are hard to find, and the common VPNs are usually already burned
