yea i fully agree not my product , you clearly stated that you have 0 interest in giving support to potential customers , which is fair but not good for marketing the spam problem is on your end to figure out . customers need support not every has the same situation and QA will not address every situation

i know how to flashback my bios using the usb and motherboards reset button , you are not doing magical work here . the problem is finding someone that can fix the Curropted DMY keys and Smbios firmware . maybe you could do it maybe you couldnt im not gonna judge that but given your uptight behavior you would probably be the last guy i turn to even if its within your capabilities .

I was not referring to USB Flashback. I said I have no interest in assisting you specifically after you publicly called us a scam without ever using the product. That is not the same as refusing support to potential customers.
