Need a "How to Evade for Dummies"

I'm looking for a 100% legitimate, tried and tested method to ban evade.
Long story short, I'm done cheating. Been doing it for almost 6 years now.
My main account finally got the hammer. Manual developer ban (facepunch) and then had a second fresh made account that I was playing 100% legit on also manually banned for evasion.

I want to know everything that needs to be done to clean those two accounts off so I can make a new one or buy a new one and not get hit again for evasion.

Im not HWID banned, I have an account that I bought that I actively play on and is not game banned, but because it was a bought account it got steam community locked and I cant use any skins or whatever.

So Im confused on what needs to be changed in order to avoid getting detected for evasion again.

If you are truly done with cheating,and your
100% confirmed your not hwid banned, there are delays balance take
Up to 2 weeks, I would reinstall windows, I use a usb reinstall from scratch, and the number one thing, change ip adress after that your good to go

But here's the hard truth: **there's no 100% guaranteed method.** The moment they manually blocked your new, legitimate account *simply for existing*, they discovered more than just the HWID. It could be your IP address, MAC address, registry keys, browser fingerprints, even your payment method or phone number.

I was getting reported by some bots on the fresh account, so FP probably looked into the account since it was brand new and found it was playing from the same pc or same IP as my banned account, thus placing a ban for evasion. That much I was able to confirm with FP dev Luke

Thats why im asking for help. Im not HWID banned, but somehow they are able to connect my bans to newly created accounts. I know this usually happens through IP tracing and HWID, server admins can see this too right?
Besides changing my IP and MAC address, what needs to be done? Do I really need to change all of my hardware seriel numbers or what?
