in my personal opinion u should not block it my two cents on it,
1. because blocking the anybrain domain/IP might lead to u being flagged later
2. for now sure u can block on client might work but if later they move the communication from rust server to anybrain backend then the script would be redundant.
regardless if u still want the bat file to block u can use this.
