What spoofer is working and undetected (permanent/temporary)? Are there actually any existing spoofers that "don't require a windows reinstall" like most of them say?
More context: I've already reset windows twice, flashed bios twice, used two different spoofers; reported and a much smaller provider called "CleanBan" (followed every single step per their guidelines) and am still running into a 3-day ban within a few minutes to a few hours of playing.

The 3 day bans last for 48h after the previous perm ban. Then you'll be able to get back in game (until it's solved). In rust the 3 day bans appear within 20 min in game.

I appreciate the information regarding this; you've been the only developer to give knowledge on that, and I asked a good amount...(like four different developers just lead with "figure it out on your own")

Hey, this message lead me to do some troubleshooting just out of curiosity; and I think I just made a general discovery that can potentially help you with your future goals.
So far, my process has been windows reinstall > flash bios > clean > spoof > open rust > 20 min ban
So as of my recent cerberus ban (happened an hour ago) I decided to just use the "clean" feature w/ sync.top, and then regularly spoof, but the one difference is that I decided this time around I'd fully unplug my ethernet and use my mobile hotspot instead; since I've embarked on this adventure, I am now 40 minutes into my Rust session, literally the farthest I've made it yet (usually banned within the first 20 minutes, which lines up with everything you said). So based off of this information, could this generally be based around IP instead of HWID? I probably should be asking if this is knowledge that's already been found out, but I'm just shooting this information out here in the hopes that this helps somewhat with your fix or gives you some info to go off of. I'll leave edits in this message in the odds I'm banned in the next thirty minutes, but everything checks out so far.

I basically have took every step effectively known to all the guidelines these spoofers offer, and nonetheless I always encountered the very same roadblock; a 3-day ban about 20 minutes into playing. As of most recently, I attempted one single thing after spoofing: Connecting to a mobile hotspot, this was the one differential with this time's spoofing process, and lo and behold, somehow, someway--I have not been hit with the 20 minute ban. No no, you're misreading me but thanks for the offer; what I'm trying to say is I FOUND A SOLUTION: Using a mobile hotspot has literally been the fix to all of my problems, I usually just clean > spoof > rust > 20 minute ban, but as of recently I cleaned > spoofed > mobile hotspot > rust > and now: I'm one hour in with no ban, this is literally the farthest I've gotten.
Now I don't want to lead anyone astray so just throwing this out there: I am on a fresh windows installation (and flashed bios), I did not skip those steps; however I did encounter the same "20 minute ban" on this fresh installation, so it's not really "fresh" since I've had a cerb ban on it prior, but the process of cleaning > spoofing > mobile hotspot has practically saved me from the instant 20 minute ban. (using sync.top, and NO sync.top did NOT prevent a ban prior to connecting to a hotspot, it was actually what I was using for the first cerb ban)

Unfortunately it's not. But it's randomly lifted between 24-48h in rust and 18-24h in fortnite. This can easily make you misinterpret and cloud the results. I always have to double-verify that I'm still banned.

While report bans are a thing, you can't test this specific problem that way.
