Undetected and private does not go hand in hand in the Rust scene.

I think hands down EvilCheat could be worth the money currently, stay away from everything else.

Even if Evil gets dtc or whatever at least you dont need to care about the spoofing scene.

Litearly no point of private cheats, overpriced + scams like 80% of the time. Wayy better off just investing in a DMA rather than paying for "private cheats", you can litearly get a full DMA setup for like $300 including fw.
