Hi everyone on Elitepvpers,

Many of you may know me as one of the co-founders of CriticalCheats. Today, I’m making this statement to publicly announce my departure from anything related to the brand, due to serious issues involving my former partner, EWZ.

This is not easy to write, especially considering how far we’ve come as a brand over the years. Unfortunately, recent revelations have forced me to take this step to protect my own name and to clarify the truth for our users, partners, and community. As I'm deciding to start my own brand that I ran previously solo in the past before partnering with EWZ around 3+ years ago.

Serious Accusations Against My Former Partner

Over the past few weeks, I’ve discovered that EWZ has been involved in multiple fraudulent activities, including:

• Scamming resellers by impersonating our developer (which he never was), and providing fake services and false promises.
• Scamming Battlelog and other major resellers by offering fake rebranding and "custom cheat" development — estimated losses of $2,000 to $4,000+ from Battlelog alone.
• Withholding payments as he recently started accepting Stripe payments for partners of ours — including NordicCheats and our Rust developer ChaseNelson — while lying about sales and pretending he was scammed by exchangers to pocket the funds.
• Lying to me directly — hiding resellers, faking revenue streams, and never paying me a single cent from reseller income, although I created the reseller system we utilized! I'm not even sure of every reseller he's been hiding in his pocket, so if you were affected, feel free to reach out to me directly.

Impact on the Brand

These actions have completely destroyed our reputation and ruined relationships with trusted partners and developers. It’s shocking to see something we built over years crumble over a few thousand dollars in greed. Which I can't say I'm super shocked, he's been acting distant and strange over the past few months.

My Role in CriticalCheats

For over 3 years, I’ve been solely responsible for:

• Website development and infrastructure
• Loaders, and other branding materials
• Technical support and maintenance
• And more

EWZ was never involved in the development side and contributed little to the actual product's or success of the brand. He mainly just contributed with gaining trust and contact with our partners overtime which he has just completely ruined. Yet he always plastered himself as the "face of the brand". I'm sure he's been planning to do these things for some time now.

I want to make it clear that I, and other faces of the brand such as Todoroki, had no involvement in these recent events. I found out through third parties and am just as disappointed as many of you. This is why I feel it’s necessary to share my side before more rumors spread.

CriticalCheats is no more. I’m stepping away entirely with starting my own brand back up, and I expect EWZ will completely exit soon, which I'm sure he already has — leaving behind nothing but a burned reputation, and burnt all bridges with all of our partners we've accumulated over the years.

I tried releasing a statement on our landing page, but he took down the domain within 30 mins. Which now redirects to our old server, which I'm sure he will just try to scam some more users before leaving entirely.

I can confirm Distortion has nothing to do with EWZ's actions. Hopefully the things ewz did on critical won't affect distortions reputation. He was unaware of it all and being underpaid at that.

We have been dealing with EWZ since January 29th, 2025. Throughout the year, our team suspected that he would attempt to exit scam given his poor communication and shady practices. Our team believed to have caught him selling keys twice over to resellers and pocketing the money. We'd often have to harass him for ages for an update.

We'd be more than willing to share the keys that we purchased with you if that does you any good. And in the event you and your team were improperly paid out for the keys that DepShop sold, we'd be more than happy to help compensate you.

+ewz scammed me for 500$ aswell that i paid for an account at the start of the year, always got told to wait. Gave up one day and just realized that he still owes me, wanted to check his site out to get his dc and saw this.

Can vouch in some way for distortion tho ive seen him alot and he seems like an honest guy!
