I have been scammed by deprimereshop. In the beginning, i bought firmware for 130USD for EAC/BE/ACE, which worked for a littlemore than 10 days, and it got detected in the recent banwave, i asked around and everyone said it was the firmware and that my firmware even comes from an open source github base.not sure about that, probably true, but they denied it and said they were using it as a base and that that opensource thing does not work and they remade it. in the beginning, they told me that firmware is not the issue (wtf is firmware even for then???) and that it is another reason despite i have used a paid (nitecore) cheat for Rust and have used my (SPOOFED!) kmbox net only ONCE in the first day of my firmware&cheat purchasing (same day) and i did not get banned so it is not that. then they said some other bullshit just to keep me from talking, they did not (and do not) want(ed) to give me a refund or a replacement, they told no refunds, then, after a long long time, they say: we are rebuilding the firmware" AFTER you told me that NO ONE was banned on your firmware AND THE CAUSE WAS NOT THE FIRMWARE AND IT WAS AN ISSUE ON MY END???? fucking ridiculous. they also said, and i quote : "we will regen your firmware per warranty but thats it - thanks" which i responded to with "will you just wait till my warranty expires and then say "warranty expired, sorry, go kill yourself now" ?" i just lost an account i spent hundreds of dollars into and it makes me really sad, it wasnt even just the money, but the time that i put into that account and myself that i put into that account. now i lost it, game-ban. now i also lost a firmware that cost me 130USD which was detected and they dont even want to give a replacement or a refund, they told me no refunds because it says that in the TOS, well, i thought it would not get DETECTED AFTER 2 WEEKS??? and i still did not receive a resolution, i will probably not recover my money or my account (which was precious to me) but i would still like to share this experience to other people so i am the only one to fall into this trap. Sorry for my bad english in advance, my primary languange is russian to it is a little hard to speak english and write such a big complaint.

update: i have received a "rebuild" of the firmware but it is still using the same device to emulate (i225v), going to try it out in a bit.
