ban Evasion

I need help, ive been running a spoofer and manually changed my ip but i keep getting banned for ban evasion on rustafied servers after around 200-300 hrs on my account. i got banned ages ago for cheating and i no longer cheat anymore but i cant seem to stop getting ban evade... PLEASE HELP MEEEEE im only recieving server bans on rustafied but not getting gamebanned.....
