Game ban Question

If I have injected a Rust cheat that is not up to date. (there just was a game update). Will I get a game ban?

Which provider? Mine is auto ejecting and gives me a warning, that I need to wait for cheat update and doesn’t inject.

Radiance, there just was a game update apparently and I injected cheat into game without knowing.
