If he finds Mysterium expensive he wont find any product that suits him as Mysterium is really the budget option here.

Mysterium dark was a pay by usage I paid $5 and only got 8 hours worth of connection I have both versions of mysterium but I found a real great vpn nobody listed I’ve been using
