Possibly flagged accounts?

I have a question.

Say I have 2 accounts. One of them has rust which I cheat on, the other one has different games such as CS, cod etc which I don't cheat on, just a normal steam account with all my other games on.

If the account with rust recieves a game ban, and i log into the other steam account with the cs, cod games on, will this account then get flagged despite not having rust on it?

Am I safe creating new account with rust even after logging into the account with my other games on (Considering the facts i have cleaned pc, changed ip, spoofed etc).

Your main account without rust won’t have any problems, however if your spoofer didn’t work/is detected your new rust account you register will also be banned. If your spoof worked you should not have any problems.
