From our experience working with them, they were undetected at the time. However, they have a very large customer base and manage multiple products simultaneously. If account longevity is your priority, you may want to look into providers with a smaller user base.

I dont think having a larger userbase makes it ok to sell a detected product all the time tbh

Yeah, the issue isn't having a large user base. It's about how they handle detections and being transparent with customers rather than pretending everything is fine.
