Issues with Dopamine.clininc

So i wanted to test out dopamine purchased a week and have only have issues with it from the start, i continually bsod and cant even get to the windows logon, am i doing something wrong? do i take usb out when i first see dopamine startup? its is because im on windows 11 22h2. I cant even seek help in the discord because there verification bot isnt online. not sure who i should speak to as i bought it straight from i heard it works on windows 11 but maybe im wrong? is it maybe my specs?

any help would be great, does the usb need to be named sum specific or what could i try atp?

yes i red requirements, the support discord they offer cant be verified in because the bots down completely, there dashboard faq also offers no support for any errors that may occur. ive been told it works on windows 11 from multiple people, aswell as it says it here

does my usb really need a whole gb ?

ive followed directions they have on dashboard exactly aswell so really unsure why id just bsod before i can even get to logon screen.

Windows 10 version 21H1 or newer. Windows 11 support is currently in Beta.
A USB drive with 1GB+ storage.
