This post is like complicated. It needs to test all cheese. In general, the choice of the cheese is based on your gameplay. (legit, raging, ...) and some cheese have more features than other because they're internal or external or they just developed the cheese for a specific type of gameplay. I think the list is very long and not suitable for providing a correct answer. This is just my opinion.

Hello , im drainlol , currently diamond 5 with a 18 game winstreak on euw. I've been playing since wukong patch , achieved 1500 elo in s2 , plat 3 on s3 and now im d4 and still climbing ^.^. This tierlist is my PERSONAL opinion and you're welcome to comment/share yours in the comment section.
God tier: Champions that are currently fotm and should be either firstpicked or banned.
Tier 1: Strong/Safepick champions that are great for soloque but below the level of god-tier....

has anyone thought about this before? People are discussing which Silkroad-build is the best for PVP.
So since the emulators got more advanced and it´s possible to PVP.
How about making a Tierlist/Table to see how often does a build win against another in like 50-100 fights. Playerskills should be equal and the equipment,too.
First of all I will start testing the most common builds, like bicheon,light,ice.
